There was very little wool in the pillow. The quilted cover was the bulk of the pillow. I am very disappointed with the product which cost £90.00. I ordered the Snowdonia mattress and I found this mattress had little wool in it alsoand it was mostly made up of springs which creaked when one turned or moved on it. I was really disappointed with both these products. The companies account system is inefficient and outdated. Other than that I found the people very helpful and charming and my overall feeling is real disappointment.

Delivery was great and our Newgale mattress is lovely! So very comfortable and supportive. It’s also great to know it’s pure organic wool with no chemicals. Really pleased with it and great service from Abaca with talking through options and deciding on the best mattress for us.

This pillow is perfect for me as I have been able to easily remove about a third of the filling to reduce the height of it. I have kept the spare filling so I can top it up later if needed. I am small and I have never been able to find a suitable pillow until now. It is comfortable, breathable and supportive, so much so that I am not even aware of it, by this I mean I am not constantly adjusting it in the night. Definitely the best pillow I’ve had and would recommend to anyone.
